Merchandise is shipped within two business days providing the customer DOES NOT select pay by check. 

Merchandise that is for customer pickup will be processed the day before the event and you will receive shipment notification at this time. 

Shipment  notification for donations, sessions, events and camps is  your confirmation that your purchase has been accepted.

Sessions and events have limited roster spots.  Although you may reserve through ordering, your confirmation will not be complete until you receive a shipment notification or verbal communication.
