Journeyman Basketball Refund Policy The following is the refund policy effective April 1, 2014. If you find the need to cancel your session for any reason, an email must be sent to info@journeymanbasketball.com. - 90% refund of paid session fee if request is received one week prior through opening day. - All other refund requests are processed after deducting $20 per scheduled day. After 5 scheduled days refund requests are forwarded to the board of directors for review. Journeyman Basketball has no desire to keep registration fees of any athlete not participating in our program. However when roster spots are filled due to registration limitations, often athletes are turned away because we are full. When an athlete withdraws from the program, it is not always possible to fill the roster spot they reserved. Other athletes initially declined acceptance due to a full roster may have already sought other venues. Journeyman Basketball also must pay credit card fees, online registration fees and admin fees once an athlete registers which can not be recovered. The board of directors understand that as a non-profit we operate on a tight budget and agree that this policy is justified.
